After I’ve had a try with Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions 1 and Done, it ended with less than satisfactory results. I re-did the work using Meguiar’s Ultimate Compound. For once, I was not disappointed. As one YT video called it, it’s a “Hero” product due to its convenience, applicability and excellent results.I had my car’s rear bumper repainted. The paint job was done poorly, lusterless and had some over spray. After watching a bunch of YT videos, I selected this product as a convenient 1-and-done solution. The results were less than satisfactory.Pros: 1. It purports to do them all as a single compound solution and actually delivers on its promises. 2. It’s easy apply using a DA polisher.Cons: 1. I had to work some curvy areas by hand. The results there were nearly as good as using DA polisher. 2. The finish didn’t look as good as using a multi-step, multi-product process. But it wasn’t a huge difference and only something you’d notice if you really inspect it closely. Conclusion: Skip Turtle Wax Hybrid Solution 1 and go with Meguiar’s Ultimate. It’ll save you frustration, time and money.

After a rough day on the trails my passenger side of my jeep looked like it had fought Freddy Krueger and lost (the 2 before pictures may not do it justice but it was bad), it was all messed up with pinstripes from top to bottom. Now while getting them is part of the hobby, I didn’t want to leave them as is and that’s where this product comes in. Spent 3 hours of elbow grease and am very happy with the results (the after pictures) .Pros: Works well with a Terry towel or microfiber for application and post polish/buffing. Container holds a large amount compared to how much you use (I did the entire passenger side and have plenty to spare). Gets rid of all minor and moderate scuffs and scratches.Cons: Labor intensive. Depending on the scratch severity it will need a lot of time to be worked out and or some additional sanding to get results. If scratch breached the clear coat, this probably won’t help the way you want.Free tip (not sponsored, just what i used): After use and buffing, add some Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Spray Coating to finish it all up and bring out that fresh from factory shine.

Meguiar’s Ultimate Compound works so well. It helps the finish reach the glossy state. I used a polisher/sander at low rpm’s with the Ultimate Compound, and was careful not to take too much off. I followed up with Meguiar’s Glaze #7 and then wax. The difference was remarkable.

This is a great product works like intended removes small surface scratches and removes oxidized clear coat , it’s super easy to use just apply on pad and go I use a harbor freight polisher and it worked perfectly it brought back the shine I wanted on the older truck and it’s been about a month and it’s still shining strong super durable .

Works great at taken out scratches and minor blemishes. Really cleans up the paint nicely for putting on wax afterwards.

I wish I had taken before and after pics. I had some pretty good scuff marks, surface scratches on my Yukon. Applied this to the areas and rubbed it in with some pressure and to my shock, it’s good as new. I honestly thought I was going to need to paint this area. It’s definitely worth trying this stuff out.

I’ve had cars and trucks ranging from the 1930’2 to 2015 and this works for all of them, even single stage paints. Makes slight scratches disappear. Beats professionally cutting and buffing ever little flaw out of automotive paint. It’s a must-have in by kit.

I used this for a large amount water spots on my car. Removed them easily with a little elbow grease. Also removed some light scratches. Comes off easily without a lot of white, chalky residue.

The clearcoat was cloudy from something rubbing against it the whole length of the car. The first time I applied it, I was in the driveway with the sun hitting it and the car looked worse. Then I read instructions. Second time I applied it in the garage on a cooler day. As I did each panel I wiped it off. After I was done the clearcoat looked good.
